Agency Account Director\n\nHybrid £56,000\n\nA fast‑growing national media brand is looking for an ambitious Agency Account Director to help expand its presence across UK media agencies. This is a chance to join an award‑winning, entrepreneurial team with a unique audience proposition and huge room for growth.\n\nThe Role\n\n· Build and develop relationships with planners and buyers\n\n· Respond to briefs and create compelling proposals\n\n· Present media plans and campaign ideas\n\n· Work with internal teams to deliver and report on campaigns\n\n· Identify new opportunities within agency portfolios\n\n· Drive outreach and secure regular client meetings\n\nWhat You’ll Sell\n\nA mix of radio airtime, branded content, sponsorships, competitions, events and integrated campaigns — all designed to reach a highly engaged, hard‑to‑access trade audience.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\n * Experience in media sales or agency account management\n\n * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills\n\n * Proactive, organised, commercially minded\n\n * Radio experience is a bonus but not essential\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n * Competitive base salary + commission\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Permanent contract, 3‑month probation\n\n * Birthday off, monthly early‑finish Fridays, quarterly socials\n\n * Gym membership (1 year), life insurance & income protection (2 years), private health insurance (4 years)
