\nYou will work closely with a team of highly experienced property solicitors and conveyancers, many of whom have backgrounds at well-established and reputable law firms. This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal looking to build on their conveyancing experience, gain hands-on exposure to quality work, and progress their career within a supportive environment.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\nAssisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
\nDrafting contracts and supporting documentation
\nConducting searches and preparing reports
\nLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
\nHandling post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
\nProviding regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
\nSupporting the wider property team as required
\n
\nRequirements:
\nMinimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing
\nExperience assisting with sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity
\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
\nExcellent communication and client care skills
\nA proactive and team-oriented approach
